It is extensively used in industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment.The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably retains 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant cost savings in maintenance. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows 'Err', automatically identifies, and displays the faulty component, simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
