Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unrivaled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of an error, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows errors, analyzes the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Servicing becomes more efficient and convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for re-adjustments.
