The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). After ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In fault scenarios, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance and repairs.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaling warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
