The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows it to monitor its status in real-time. If a fault occurs, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error code (Err), analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can manifest as a warning or fault protection current. It can automatically diagnose the status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
