Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily designed for the initiation, closure, pressure balancing, and discharge of input signals from differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It offers seamless installation, maintenance, and online inspection of instruments. The valve group can be categorized as follows:

vided into 2-valve groups, 3-valve groups, and 5-valve groups based on their functionalities; and P-type
(Flat type), T-type, H-type, and cylinder stop valve according to their structure.
Integrated Valve Group
The transmitter and valve group are assembled at the factory, undergoing comprehensive pressure and leakage tests. This reduces on-site installation efforts and prevents leakage caused by transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
·Safety Stop Pin
Constructed from stainless steel, this pin prevents the valve seat from detaching from the valve body.
·Valve Body Design
Featuring an integrated structure, the valve body ensures high strength and reliability.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Utilizes hard sealing between stainless steel components, ensuring safety and reliability.
·Valve Core
The valve core components employ a segmented structure, enhancing sealing performance and extending the valve group's service life. The handle operation has also been improved.
·Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to minimize friction and enhance sealing performance.

Structure Features
The valve groups are regulated by stop valves, discharge valves, and balance valves. Despite their differing functions and markings, they share the same structural characteristics.

Offering versatile mounting options such as Plate Type, Flange Straight Mount, 1/2NPT Joint, and Pipeline Connection.

Crafted with high-grade materials including SUS316, SUS304, SUS321, and HC-276 for maximum durability.

Incorporates Stop Valve, Balance Valve,
and Discharge Valve.
The valve features blue, green, and red signal indicators, providing a fresh and natural visual cue.
· Gland Packing
Utilizes PTFE and Graphite for superior sealing and longevity.
· Working Pressure
Designed to handle pressures of 16MPa and 32MPa.
· Working Temperature
Operates effectively in a wide temperature range of -40 to 150
ºC
(-40 to 302°F).
