Introducing the ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, a marvel of engineering that melds cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with an innovative modular design. This advanced sensor amplifies signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to seamlessly transform them into digital data. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the device converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Vital data, including measuring unit information and transmitter functional parameters, are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexible and comprehensive control.

ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. In fault conditions, it activates alert modes, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and safety systems.
