The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. Within its microprocessor, these signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the data is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, allowing them to read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for optimal flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting defined anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and displays the malfunctioning unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacement of theinstrument.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced onsite without the need for readjustment.
