The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it activates an alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). When an issue arises, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty component, making maintenance, repair, and replacement straightforward and efficient.
