The ZY8000D High Precision Transmitter with Flange Connection and 4-20mA Hart Protocol excels in high-precision pressure measurements of gas,

The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it sustains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, contributing to significant cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. In event of a defined fault, it enters alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
