The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design for unmatched precision. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital format. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal translates into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters on-site using three dedicated adjustment buttons, with results, fault information, and operation modes clearly visible on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads, while its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. The transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined event thresholds. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and displaying the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In cases of electronic unit or measuring element damage, faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
