The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS with peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components are designed to endure severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an error message, analyze and pinpoint the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
