The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a staggering basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably sustains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical pressures. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its own status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
