Ingeniously Engineered Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The precisely measured
pressure is accurately conveyed through remote
transmission mechanisms,
and subsequently transmitted to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary system.
Designed to measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is particularly suited for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
high viscosity substances, and mediums that are prone to crystallization or corrosion. It finds extensive applications in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries among others.

Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure that the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its own status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
