The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to an alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivers control signals crucial for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display immediately shows an error code (Err), automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

via oil-filled capillaries. Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure, it is ideal for high-temperature conditions (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),

Building on the superior performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high-precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
the device incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. This significantly enhances its stability and anti-interference capabilities.
By combining different materials and types of remote devices with a specialized oil-filling mechanism, the accuracy of the transmitter is maximized, meeting comprehensive clearness requirements. Boasting excellent product stability, it offers the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure ensures all-weather usability and compatibility with the HART protocol.
