The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly efficient modular design. This innovative sensor amplifies signals and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with the HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Each transmitter securely stores measuring unit data and functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while viewing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is seamlessly achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum precision of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stressors. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time status monitoring. When a fault is detected, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can signal warnings or fault protection currents, automatically diagnosing the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be swiftly replaced on site without requiring recalibration.
