The ZY8000 Intelligent High Precision Transmitter boasts a phenomenal basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. This exceptional device retains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit. This simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making it exceptionally user-friendly.
