Intelligent flange remote transmitter sensing
the measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmit to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
This superior device can measure liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), making it highly suitable for demanding conditions, such as high-temperature environments where the transmitter needs to be positioned away.
Perfect for high viscosity, easy to precipitate crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It finds extensive applications across various industries, including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment sectors.

Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of defined quantity events, the transmitter will activate fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Should a fault occur, the LCD display immediately shows 'Err', automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
