The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This innovative device amplifies the signal produced by the sensor and leverages a high-speed dual A/D converter to convert it into a precise digital signal. Subsequently, linear and temperature corrections are meticulously performed within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For HART protocol transmitters, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the site using the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined quantity events exceeding limits, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without requiring re-calibration.
