high viscosity substances, and media that precipitate, crystallize, or are corrosive. It is extensively used in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery manufacturing.
The ZY8000 is an intelligent transmitter boasting exceptional precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and it can achieve up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial savings on maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions and real-time self-monitoring capabilities. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays an Err message, analyzes the fault, and identifies the problematic unit. This functionality simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures, making them more efficient and user-friendly.
