The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, diagnose the problematic unit, and make maintenance, repair, and replacement processes straightforward and efficient.

then transmitted to the transmitter through an oil-filled capillary.
It can precisely measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance).
