The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it handles extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and indicating the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
