The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the capability of achieving up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it reliably retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows for real-time status monitoring. Should a fault occur, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems upon exceeding predefined parameters. The LCD display will automatically show an Err message, analyzing and indicating the faulty component. This feature considerably simplifies the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.

Building on the exceptional performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high-precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
we incorporate an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply to significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
By combining different materials and types of remote devices with a specialized oil filling mechanism, we maximize the accuracy of our transmitters and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The device boasts excellent stability, achieving the highest accuracy of up to 0.075% at normal temperatures. Its explosion-proof shell ensures all-weather usability and compatibility with HART protocol.
