Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology paired with a sophisticated modular design. This cutting-edge transmitter processes sensor signals through an amplifier and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. The microprocessor then executes precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring reliable performance.
For HART protocol transmitters, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with an overlay of HART communication using a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, view measurement results, diagnose faults, and toggle operation modes via the LCD display. Parameter configurations are also achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will enter alert mode, output an alarm current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will show an Err message, automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit for effortless maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
These diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be articulated as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
