The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. After continuous operation for ten years, it still maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) code, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.and making it convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
