The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. This advanced system amplifies the sensor signal and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal, followed by precise linear and temperature corrections executed within the microprocessor.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The unit's data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site through three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Parameter adjustments can also be made through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter activates fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
The diagnostic functionality can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
