The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting fault events, the transmitter will switch to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows Err, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
