Introducing the ZY8000, an intelligent transmitter delivering unmatched precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an exceptional high of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it preserves an astounding 99.9% accuracy, drastically reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing, it features fully sealed measuring components, making it impervious to harsh chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it immediately enters alert mode, signaling with an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and the SIS safety system. The LCD screen instantly displays an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring your system remains operational with minimal downtime.

The product boasts superior stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is designed for any weather conditions and is fully compatible with HART protocol.
