The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies and displays the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more straightforward and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
