Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure
is transmitted remotely
via advanced transmission
devices and then conveyed to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary system.
Capable of measuring liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), this device is ideal for high-temperature environments (requires the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
high viscosity fluids, and media that are prone to crystallization or corrosion. Extensively employed across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of precision, boasting an extraordinary basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional ceiling at 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant savings in maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components are adept at handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Furthermore, it features outstanding resistance to electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing unwavering stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for the system interlock and SIS safety system. When an issue arises, the LCD screen promptly displays an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This functionality greatly simplifies the process of maintenance, repair, and replacement, making it user-friendly and efficient.
