The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to the system interlock and SIS safety system. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks. This diagnostic capability ensures quicker and more efficient troubleshooting, enhancing overall system reliability.
