The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000D.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000D can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.
