The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge marvel, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This sophisticated device processes the sensor signal through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. Subsequently, linear and temperature corrections are meticulously executed within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal overlaid with a HART signal by the D/A converter. Those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The crucial measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, reading measurements, diagnostic information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its best). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it sustains 99.9% accuracy, translating to substantial maintenance cost savings. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting faults, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During fault events, the LCD screen displays an error code, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
