The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, boasting a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS), exemplifies durability and precision. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional electromagnetic interference protection guarantees outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error code, pinpointing the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.Effortless and efficient maintenance,guaranteed.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are issued as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring component is compromised, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced onsite, eliminating the need for recalibration.
