The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-precision device for measuring pressure and differential pressure. This advanced transmitter integrates the world's cutting-edge design philosophy and process technology, utilizing a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor. It boasts a high-reliability electronic module design, precise temperature and linear correction system, and intelligent manufacturing technology, ensuring exceptional precision, stability, and consistency in performance.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This innovative device amplifies the signal generated by the sensor and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then subjected to precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters integrated with the HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through the D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and can access real-time measurement results, fault information, and operating modes on the LCD display. Parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing exceptional flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter features a 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities further guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 provides real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can present as a warning or fault protection current. It autonomously diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
