The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology by integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then fine-tuned for linearity and temperature corrections via the microprocessor, ensuring superior accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, with HART communication overlaid through a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and can read measurement data, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured effortlessly via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents.
