The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. This device captures signals from the sensor, which are then amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The signals are transformed into digital format, followed by linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor for unmatched precision.
For HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters supporting PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct full-digital output of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, with real-time readings, fault diagnostics, and operational modes displayed on the LCD. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for added convenience.

In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without needing readjustment.
