For users opting for the HART protocol, the transmitter elegantly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide a direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The system's architecture cleverly separates the data of the measuring unit and the functional parameters, storing each in dedicated EEPROMs. This design allows users to effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via three convenient adjustment buttons and to view measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the crisp LCD display. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. With superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, the ZY8000 ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the fault, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, faulty parts can be replaced on-site without readjustment.
