The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, is meticulously developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Built with a world-class mono-crystalline silicon sensor and an advanced electronic module, this transmitter boasts exceptional high-precision pressure and differential pressure measurements. The integration of precision temperature and linear correction systems, combined with state-of-the-art intelligent manufacturing technology, guarantees unparalleled high precision, stability, and consistency in every unit.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor within a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and are converted to digital signals via a high-speed dual A/D converter. Subsequently, these digital signals are subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are transformed into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter achieves an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with a top accuracy of 0.075% FS). In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an error message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
