The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. This transmitter harnesses the precision of its sensor, amplifies its signal, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor ensures meticulous linear and temperature correction, guaranteeing unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data, along with the transmitter's functional parameters, are meticulously stored across two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, simultaneously reading measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Moreover, parameter settings can be fine-tuned through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents.
