The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant savings on maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring
high stability and reliability. The ZY8000 series includes integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its status. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process..
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing recalibration.
