The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting defined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for further readjustments.
