The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an ultimate precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it reliably maintains a stunning 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting an anomaly, it promptly enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an Err message, identifies the faulty component, and simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
