Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands harsh chemical and mechanical conditions, while its advanced anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it will enter fault alert mode, output alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, you can directly replace the faulty part on-site without the need for recalibration.
