The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions to provide real-time self-monitoring. When encountering predefined faults, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon a fault, the LCD screen promptly displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
