The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle severe chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
With integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. This system automatically diagnoses the operational status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
