The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. Harnessing the power of a state-of-the-art sensor, the signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then fine-tuned with linear and temperature corrections via a sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is skillfully converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, enhanced with a superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, enjoy the benefit of direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons and easily read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is streamlined through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, identifying the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically assesses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
