The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest level reaching 0.075% FS. Impressively, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the highest levels of stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting warning currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents, with automatic diagnostics covering SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
