The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter guarantees a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time status monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the problem, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated via warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
