The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases our commitment to cutting-edge technology. Utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design, this transmitter is crafted for precision. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. Subsequently, it undergoes linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the HART protocol-equipped transmitter, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. In contrast, the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows error codes, identifying and analyzing faulty units for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
