The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Impressively, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD screen displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.conveniently..
Diagnostic functions are also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without recalibration.
