The ZY8000 series offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Furthermore, it provides excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays 'Err', analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
